Mount Mary Church, officially Basilica of Our Lady of the Mount, is a Roman Catholic Basilica built on a hillock overlooking the Arabian Sea. The annual Bandra Fair in September attracts thousands.

History & Significance

The original church was built by Portuguese Jesuits in the 16th century. The current structure was built in 1904 after the original was destroyed by the Marathas.
